How can I re-activate my trading account?

In the case of dormant users, the details of users are already saved within the company. However, since the account hasn’t been used for over 12 months, users have to do Re-Kyc to reactivate their account.


You can do Re-KYC by visiting https://rekyc.stoxkart.com/ and following the steps given below.


  • Login to your account with your registered mobile number.

  • Enter the OTP to verify your number. by clicking on the 

  • Go to the profile section. Your details will be displayed there.

  • You can edit your details (if there are any edits needed) by clicking on the pencil icon next to the editable details.

  • Once you are done making the changes, click on the e-Sign button to e-Sign your Re-KYC application.

  • Once you e-Sign your Re-KYC application, it will be submitted for verification.

  • Your Stoxkart trading account will be reactivated upon successful verification of your details.
