Such information may include your name, date of birth, residence and employment addresses, father's and spouses names, bank account details, scans/copies of document proofs such as PAN, passport, Aadhaar etc. We may hold this information indefinitely as required by the law, for the purpose of offering you our services, and for other regulatory and business purposes.

We will, if it is reasonable or practicable to do so, collect your latest personal information from you request your regular updates. This may happen when you fill out a product or service application or an administrative form (e.g., a change of address form) or when you give us personal information over the telephone or counter, or through our website.

Stoxkart may have the requirement to collect Sensitive Personal Data or Information ("SPDI") OR Personal Information from you while offering their products and services due to the nature of the products and services being offered. SPDI shall have the meaning in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("Rules").

Using and disclosing your personal information

In line with modern business practices common to many financial institutions and to meet your specific needs (such as where you have a financial adviser) we may disclose your personal information to the organisations described below:

Location of servers and transfer of information to India

The Site is hosted by servers in India. If you are located outside of India, your Personal Information will be transferred to India. By submitting your Personal Information, you consent to its transfer to the India and to its storage, processing, and use there in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Third-Party Advertisement Servers

SMC Group engages the services of an outside advertisement company to display advertisement on the Website. These advertisements may contain cookies. While SMC Group uses cookies in other parts of the Web Site, cookies received with banner advertisements are collected by the Advertisement company, and SMC does not have access to this information.

e-KYC

Moneywise Finvest Limited, on website ( www.stoxkart.com , has introduced eKYC for where clients can provide their UID / Aadhar Number to complete their Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. The act of providing your Aadhaar number to Stoxkart is voluntary in nature and is only required if you choose to open your trading account online through the account opening portal.

Stoxkart will act as KUA. The clients will be able to link their UID / Aadhar Number to their account by Authenticating using OTP received from UIDAI. The data provided by visitor will be sent to UIDAI or its agencies in secured manner as prescribed in the guidelines by UIDAI. By entering UID / Aadhar Number, the visitor agrees to authorize Stoxkart to validate the UID / Aadhar Number with UIDAI or it's authorized agencies. Stoxkart will store the authenticated UID / Aadhar Number and demographic information along with client's profile in Stoxkart's encrypted Aadhaar Vault system in accordance with the UIDAI Circular dated July 25, 2017. Data collected for eKYC will not be used for any profiling purpose or marketing purpose.

To comply with Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) regulations, to perform e-KYC, and to enable you to apply digital signatures on the account opening forms online, your Aadhaar number is shared with the following entities:

  • Your Aadhaar number is shared with licensed ASA (Authentication Service Agency) and licensed AUA (Authentication User Agency) under UIDAI to perform OTP based e-KYC verification. From this e-KYC transaction, Stoxkart obtains your full name, date of birth, gender, and address (collectively known as "demographic information"), which is then used on the online account opening forms.

  • Your Aadhaar number is shared with licensed e-Sign ASP (Application Services Provider), compliant with the guidelines laid down by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, India and UIDAI, to enable you to eSign the account opening forms online.

  • Your Aadhaar number is shared with the stock exchanges where you have opted to be registered to transact via Stoxkart, i.e. NSE (National Stock Exchange), BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) MCX (Multi Commodity Exchanges), to comply with the PMLA (2002) rules.

  • Your Aadhaar number is shared with KRA (KYC Registration Agency), and CKYC (managed by Central Registry for Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India) to comply with KYC norms as per the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and KRA Regulations, 2011.

  • Depositories, as per the announcement made in the Union Budget 2017-18 that all individual demat accounts would be linked to an Aadhaar

Children

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 ("Children"), and we do not knowingly collect any information, including Personal Information, from Children.
