Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any transaction on the platform with respect to any platform services will be completed after successful transfer of money from your bank account to Stoxkart. You hereby agree and acknowledge that the transactions on the platform once completed cannot be cancelled. Any deduction of amount from your bank account in case of failed transaction would be refunded with the relevant time period as per your bank policy and Stoxkart shall not be responsible for the same.

Once your Demat account is opened any payments made thereafter on trading platform will be credited towards your account and there shall be no refunds. To withdraw any amount from such an account you may place a withdrawal request through our Stoxkart mobile application.
